Blue & White Home Decor

collage of various blue and white home decor pieces

Hi, friends! I hope you had a good weekend. I don’t know about you, but I’ve been in major home projects mode since quarantine began. Even while I was in Florida and South Carolina for three months, I was picking out new lamps and artwork for my Washington apartment! For as long as I can remember, I’ve been most drawn to blue and white home decor. If I could live in a Serena and Lily catalog, I would. Today, in the spirit of my eternal love for all things blue and white, I’ve compiled a roundup of some of my favorite home decor pieces on the market.

1. Ice Cream Cone Match Strike

I’ve been eyeing this Jonathan Adler ice cream cone match strike for a while now. I think it’d make a fun, whimsical addition to a styled coffee table. Definitely a conversation starter!

2. Leopard Bookends

Sadly, these Opalhouse leopard bookends are sold out at the moment, but they look much more high end than their $25 price tag. Fingers crossed that they got restocked—I’ll keep an eye out for you.

3. Textured Ceramic Lamp

I recently bought a pair of Safavieh Darsa table lamps to replace the sad bedside lamps that I’d had since my freshman year of college. I love their shape and texture and think that they would complement a variety of styles. I almost ordered these palm leaf lamps from Safavieh, but ultimately went with the Darsa.

4. Blue Rattan End Table

How cute is this blue rattan end table from Ballard Designs? It’s on sale right now and I wish I had a place to put it in my apartment. The table also comes in a natural color.

5. Frida Blue Pillow

Maybe I’m on a big cats kick with this and the leopard bookends, but I love Pepper’s Frida Blue tiger print pillow.

6. Framed Palm Leaf

Natural accents pair well with blue and white, making this framed palm leaf from Pottery Barn an elegant accompaniment to the rest of your decor.

7. Blue and White Rattan Pendant Light

These blue and white rattan pendant lights from Etsy make me long for a kitchen island to hang them above. I certainly don’t have the space in my 480 square feet studio apartment, but I’m bookmarking these for later.

8. Oyster Pineapple

Another Etsy find. I love that this affordable art piece that combines oysters and pineapples, two of my favorite things.

9. Navy Leather and Brass Drawer Pull

These navy leather and brass drawer pulls are so similar to the Anthropologie version that sold out. If you want a simple way to freshen up an old dresser, updating the drawer pulls is the way to go.

10. Kitchen Mat

Does anyone else feel like as you’re spending more time at home, you’re also spending more time doing dishes? I feel like I’m at my kitchen sink more than ever these days, and I’m very tempted to make it a more enjoyable experience by adding this padded House of Noa kitchen mat that could pass for a rug!
